For each litre of petrol multiply by 2.7 -
For each litre of diesel multiply by 3.0 -
For each kilowatt hour (kWh) of electricity multiply
by 1.012 in Australian Capital
Territories
by 1.012 in New South Wales
by 0.654 in Northern
Territory
by 1.079 in Queensland
by 1.186 in South Australia
by
0.002 in Tasmania
by 1.444 in Victoria
by 1.114 in
Western Australia - For
each kilo of LP gas multiply by 2.9 -
Add all the these figures together -
Divide the total by 1000 -
This is how many GECOs you require to offset your emissions.
